Description
TOMEIs unique rotation processing is the method of fabricating a screw by compression, which is done by inserting a bolt material between rotating dices and pressurizing it. Compared to the cut processing that cuts off a crystal structure, the TOMEI process makes the bolt structure fiber-like and turns it into more precise and harder piece of metal. TOMEI reinforced bolts are produced with rotating heat-treated ChromeMoly steel which increases its quality and accuracy, tensile strength, shock strength, surface hardness, and durability more than the conventional strengthening bolt.
